About these terms

Dead Eye Designs (DED) is operated by Random Merchandise Manufacturing LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as Dead Eye Designs. By placing an order with us through ded.store, you agree to these terms.

Orders and the design process

• Custom orders begin as a request. After you approve your final mock-up, we create the order and send your invoice through Shopify.
• Your first-round mock-up designs usually take 2-3 business days after we receive your complete instructions; revisions usually take 1-2 business days. We are confident we can reach a design you like within three revision rounds.
• Once you approve your mock-up, your order moves toward production and cannot be changed. Please review your mock-up carefully before approving.

Payment

• Invoices are due upon receipt. We start production only after your payment is received and cleared.
• We accept credit card, PayPal through Shopify invoices, and ACH through Stripe. We do not accept cash or checks.
• Payments are non-refundable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Production timing

For U.S. orders, plan on 21-28 calendar days after you approve your design and your payment clears. Lead times can vary with order volume, production capacity, and shipping conditions. Rush service may be available — see our Shipping Policy.

Logos, trademarks, and content you submit

• When you send us a third-party logo, trademark, or trade name — or ask us to use one in your design — you are confirming that you have the right and the authority to use it, and that using it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You are responsible for that use, and you agree to hold Dead Eye Designs harmless from any claims or demands arising from it.
• By submitting a custom order for approval, you acknowledge that you have the necessary rights and permissions for every logo, image, trademark, trade name, or other asset you ask us to print.
• If you own a logo or mark and believe we have used it without authorization, email team@ded.store. We will review your claim and remove the mark if the claim is valid.

Ownership of designs we create

• Designs we create are owned by Dead Eye Designs. We may use them to promote our work on ded.store, on social media, and through other marketing channels, now or in the future.
• You may not reuse a design we created — and neither may another manufacturer, service provider, or third party — without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our products are made to order to the specifications you approve. Except as expressly stated in our Return and Refund Policy, our products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dead Eye Designs and Random Merchandise Manufacturing LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or relating to your use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Resolving a problem

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us first at team@ded.store so we can try to resolve it directly — most issues are resolved quickly this way.

Governing law and venue

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or your order, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products, services, providers, or legal obligations change. The version posted on ded.store is the current one; continuing to use the site or place an order after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
