Shipping

Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in the product price, including for custom orders.
Shipping outside the continental United States is calculated separately.
Standard U.S. orders ship from our Philippines workshop to our U.S. forwarding point, then to you.
Once your order reaches our U.S. forwarding point, we email you a tracking number for the final leg to your shipping address.

Lead time

For U.S. orders, the lead time — production plus delivery to your door — is 21–28 calendar days, starting once your mock-up is approved and your payment has cleared. International orders take longer, because distance and customs clearance add time that varies by destination.

Duties, taxes, and import fees

For U.S. orders, duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees are included in your price.
If your order is going outside the United States, it may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. Customs authorities, carriers, or local agencies set those charges. Unless we state otherwise in writing, they are not included in your product price or shipping estimate, and they are your responsibility.
We cannot control customs charges or how long customs clearance takes. For country-specific rules, contact your local customs office or carrier.

Ordering from Europe

If you are ordering from the EU, UK, or another European destination, order through our official EU distributor at https://dedcustom.com/. Ordering there means your order is handled for European fulfillment rather than sent through the U.S. route.

Rush orders

We handle rush orders case by case, depending on material availability, production capacity, and shipping feasibility.
A rush order costs 25% more than the order total.
Rush orders are excluded from included shipping; rush and other non-standard shipping may cost extra.
An approved rush order has a delivery commitment of under 21 days after design approval and cleared payment.
We cannot approve or guarantee a rush order until our production manager confirms current production and shipping capacity.

Who pays international duties and customs charges?

For U.S. orders, we include them. For non-U.S. orders placed through ded.store, duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, and clearance charges in the receiving country are your responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.

Can customs delays affect my delivery time?

Yes. Customs clearance can extend delivery, and how long it takes depends on your country and carrier.
