By submitting or requesting the use a third-party logo, trademark, or trade name for use in any design by DED, you confirm that you have the full right and authority to use the logo, trademark, or trade name, and that its use does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You assume full responsibility for the use of the logo, trademark, or trade name and agree to hold DED harmless from any claims or demands arising from its use.

Logo Copyright Claim

If you are the owner of a logo and/or mark and have not given authorization or permission for the use of your logo that appears on any of our products kindly send us an email to team@ded.store and we will review your claim, and if found valid, we will remove said mark. 

Design Ownership Disclaimer

Disclaimer: Designs made by Dead Eye Designs (DED) are owned by DED. DED retains the right to use the designs for promotional purposes on its website (www.ded.store) and various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. DED retains the right to display and use the designs for marketing and advertising efforts on any other current or future platform or media. Designs remain the property of DED in perpetuity and cannot be used by clients, other manufacturers, service providers, etc. for other purposes without prior written consent.
