Payment Policy:

• Upon approval of a mock-up by the client, a payment request will be sent and the client will be responsible for settling the balance. Invoices for orders will be sent out to clients and will be due upon receipt. Production of an order will begin once full payment is received and cleared.
• Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal through the Shopify invoices sent via email. Payment via online bank transfer (ACH) is also available through Stripe. Dead Eye Designs does not accept cash or check payments.
• All payments made to Dead Eye Designs are non-refundable unless agreed upon in writing between the client and Dead Eye Designs.
• By approving the mock-up, the client acknowledges and agrees to these payment terms and conditions and becomes responsible for payment upon approval.
• Any disputes will be handled by Dead Eye Designs to reach a satisfactory solution for all parties.

Return Policy:

Dead Eye Designs is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are custom made to order based on the client's specifications. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been produced from an approved mock-up. This includes, but is not limited to, typos or undesired design elements, as well as improper size, fabric, or pattern selection. Requests made in the notes section of online orders and requests made via email, phone, and text, or other forms of communication will be reviewed, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that those requests are fully executed on the approved mock-up(s).

We are happy to provide replacements for any manufacturing defects that may occur. However, images from the client clearly showing the defects are required for assessment. The images should be sent to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. If the defects are determined to be a result of a manufacturer error, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the client.

Clients are asked to carefully review the size charts provided on our website and select sizes based on the measurements indicated on the size chart. We measure all products before shipping to ensure that they match the measurements indicated on the size chart. If there is a discrepancy of more than 1 inch compared to our size chart we will provide a replacement.

Care:

At Dead Eye Designs, we want you to enjoy our products for a long time. To ensure your shirts stay in top condition, we recommend the following shirt care:

• Wash in cold water to prevent shrinkage and fading.
• Use the right amount of color-safe detergent to avoid damaging the print.
• Use fabric softener to prevent wrinkles.
• Wash inside out to protect the print.
• Don't overload the washer to ensure a thorough clean.

Note: Due to the nature of our vinyl prints, they may appear wrinkled. To address this, iron the print from the inside out on the lowest setting.

Warranty:

We take pride in the quality of our products, and that's why we're confident in providing you with a replacement warranty of 15 days from the date of receipt of the order. If you find any manufacturing defects or think that the product is not as specified in the product images and description, we'll happily provide you with a replacement free of charge, and you may keep the product with the issue.

To avail of a replacement, please send an email to team@ded.store, including the details and images of of your issue with our product, your shipping address, and contact details. We'll process the replacement within ten (10) working days. However, please note that we do not provide replacements for wrong size selection. Please review our size chart before making your order and ensure that you check your respective size and match it to the sizing of our products.

If any items are missing from your order, please report the same immediately to us by sending an email to team@ded.store, and we'll immediately send any missing items in your order.

What is the right fit?

• Our DED Lifestyle and Technical Shirts for men are designed to have a snug fit, providing a slimmer, athletic look and eliminating the extra bulk of fabric. 
• Our DED Technical Jackets are already adjusted to fit over our shirts, so simply choose the size that matches your chest circumference. 
• Our DED Technical Compression shirts have a tight yet stretchable fit, so choose the size that matches your chest circumference. 
• Our DED Lifestyle and Technical Shirts for women are cut with a slight curve to accentuate the figure. 
• And finally, our DED shirts for kids are meant to have a loose fit.

US Sizing

We've designed our DED shirts to be comparable to US Sizing with a Relaxed, Athletic Fit. Typically, you can use the size indicated on a US-made shirt as a basis for your order. For example, if you wear a Large in the US, then you should order a Large DED shirt. However, we always recommend getting your measurements before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

A comparable shirt sizing is the Gildan 76000 shirt for men and Gildan 76000L for women

How to Get the Right Measurements

To get the right measurements, simply take a tape measure and place it under your arms at the fullest part of your chest, wrap it around your body until your fingers meet, and note the measurement. Check the size chart and match your measurement to the corresponding size. Alternatively, you may also measure the width of your best fitting shirt, multiply it by two (2), and note the result. Then, check the size chart and match your measurement to the corresponding size. If there is a part of your torso that is fuller than your chest, such as your waist, please use that measurement and match it to the corresponding size.

Shipping Policy:

All orders include shipping in the price of the product. Orders will be shipped from our workshop to our US Forwarding point and then to the client. The lead time — the time it takes for production and delivery to your door — is 21 days for US orders, which begins once mock-ups have been approved and payment has been cleared.

Once the order has been dispatched from our workshop in the Philippines to our US Forwarding point we will provide clients with a tracking number via email, so they can monitor the status of their shipment. The tracking number is for shipment from our US Forwarding Point to the shipping address on the order.

Please note that changes to orders cannot be made after a mock-up has been approved. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that all details, including sizes, colors, and designs, are correct before approving the mock-up.

Note for International Orders: 

Orders shipped to international destinations will experience extended shipping times due to factors such as the destination's distance and the customs clearance process. The duration of this additional shipping time will vary based on the specific destination and the efficiency of the customs authorities involved.

Import duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the client. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and may be levied upon the arrival of the shipment. The client is responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations and any applicable duties or taxes related to their order.

Please note that we have no control over these import duties or the time it takes for customs clearance. It is advisable for clients to contact their local customs office or consult with a relevant authority to obtain accurate information regarding potential charges and clearance procedures.

Rush Policy:

Rush orders may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis depending on the availability of the materials and our production schedule. In order to request a rush order, please contact us at team@ded.store and provide your order details. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

Normal lead time after mock-up(s) have been approved is 21 days. This includes production of the order and shipment to your door for US orders. The rush lead time — after mock-ups have been approved — is two weeks. If you need an order by a certain date, please inform us as soon as possible so we can process your order accordingly.

Please note that rush orders will incur a 10% increase on the total order and  additional shipping costs in order to expedite the delivery process. These costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your order, and will be communicated to you before processing the rush order. We will work with you to find a solution!

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill all rush order requests, but we will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible. If we are unable to fulfill a rush order request, we will communicate this to you and process the order according to our standard lead time.

Please also note that rush orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified once the order has been placed.
